In 1999, I set out to find a cockapoo breeder and found there were none in this state. After getting Magdalene, I wanted others to share in the joy of owning such great dogs so I began breeding them. The parents are first generation, meaning that their parents were pure bred poodles and cocker spaniels. In 2004, a friend of mine introduced me to her teacup poodle and it was love at first sight. So now after much research, I have decided to add them to my family. Both breeds are hypoallergenic and make great pets for people with asthma or allergies. All my “babies” are raised in my home as part of the family. They are well socialized as I have four children, eight dogs and a cat. My hope is to incorporate them into my therapy practice.
